Ready for My South Korea Adventure!!!

     Our trip to South Korea is only 21 days away! I am getting so excited to experience Korean agriculture and FOOD! I have been communicating with a student currently attending Seoul University and the more information she gives me the more stoked I am about this trip. We learned about the great food in Korea. I now know not to eat the red colored food (that means it is spicy) : ) I heard that the seafood is out of this world.

     I can't wait to meet the students at Suwon High School for Agricultural Sciences and Yeoju Self-Management Agricultural High School and find out about their curriculum.      I hope this trip will broaden my world views about industries, agriculture and customs. I want to come back a more well-rounded person with a wonderful appreciation of different customs and cultures.

     This is truly going to be a once in a lifetime experience. I am ready to soak up everything South Korea, the agricultural industry and the students have to offer.
