Then we got on the other plane... which was officially dubbed the 'Seoul Plane'. 13 hours on that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The TV, movies, and games made the ride decent however, getting off the plane was always on my mind. When the captain got on the speaker and said we were about to land, I was very giddy. It didn't really hit me that I was in Seoul until we got into the city.
Prior to coming to Korea, everyone in our group was provided an email students who are majoring in Agricultural and Workforce Education at Seoul National Univesity. Today, we met up with our Korean penpals and encountered a little bit of a language barrier, well not so much the language, but the dialect. It all worked out in the end. Made friends, have eaten great food, and even have learned some new phrases. I have enjoyed my experience so far and can't wait for more to come!
So until again, "ta u me poe yo" (see you later) my friends.
